Profile

Welcome to my personal website!

I am a first-year Ph.D. student at the Georgia Tech Computer-aided Design Lab (GTCAD) under the advice of Prof. Sung Kyu Lim. I earned my B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2023 with First Class Honors. My research interests are about device modeling and machine learning, and I’m currently working on utilizing machine learning to analyze the current crowding effect in Through-Silicon Via (TSV).

Experience

  • Internship at Renesas Semiconductor Design (Beijing), 06/2022 - 08/2022
    • Assisted in running the simulation to verify the signal integrity.
  • Undergraduate Research Assistant at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, 06/2021 - 05/2022
    • Fabricated perovskite samples using sputter, chemical vapor deposition, and electrochemical deposition, examined samples’ qualities, and tested their optical properties.
